‘Hotel collectibles have always been very popular because people travel widely and enjoy carrying away a souvenir from the place where they stay. “Do Not Disturb” signs are often overlooked even though some are very attractive and original in design.
In recent years hotels have started using catchy signs to brand themselves, express their personalities and appeal to image-conscious guests. Sadly, some others have been replacing these signs with a warning light outside the door.
I started collecting them quite by chance and it soon became an addicting hobby. My collection now counts nearly 6000 signs from every corner of the world.
