‘Hula Hoop’ by Italian industrial designer Cristiana Giopato is a series of stackable elements, that once stacked may be used to encompass an empty wine bottle.
The bottle thus becomes a one flower vase, providing it with a new guise and a new use. The elements are different in shape and by rotating them or changing the order one can change the vase’s appearance time and time again.
‘Hula Hoop’ will be presented in Paris at Maison & Objet by Industreal.
Great idea, I first have to drink a bottle of wine and after it I can build the hula Hoop Vase around it.
Would be nice to watch a date, where you bring a bottle of wine, a boxe with the vase parts and a flower with you.
How would they react, if they get these vase parts as gift?
