This iPhone app created by art director Daniel Shapiro for MoMA that allows users to create and print art based on their geographic movements.
‘Art is everywhere. The application takes the philosophy literally. Designed for the MoMA of New York City, GeoArt creates beautiful images by tracing and recording the user’s movements on a map. After the movements have been recorded the user can share the art with friends or send it off to be printed. Each printed poster is dated and marked with the MoMA’s logo and the tag ‘Art is everywhere’.’
