paper jewelry by Sandra di Giacinto

2 Comments 24 June 2009

Sandra di Giacinto uses recycled materials in her small scale paper jewelry designs.
Her work draws on the intricacy of Japanese art as well as pleating techniques which are a reference to ancient Greece. Her collections are minimal, light, durable and brightly colored and everything is hand-made in limited editions.
Shown here is a small collection of buttons which have the look of radiating, corrugated cardboard rings.
